What you can do
How a payment works
1
You create a payin
Your server calls
POST /v1/payins with the amount and the customer’s
phone number.2
The customer approves
Their phone shows a prompt with your business name; they confirm with
their PIN.
3
One Pay tells your server
A signed webhook,
payin.succeeded, reaches your server within seconds.
You deliver the order.4
The money becomes yours to use
The amount, minus One Pay’s fee, moves to your available balance once the
partner confirms it, usually within minutes. Pay it out or withdraw it.
Built for money
- Amounts are whole numbers in the currency’s smallest unit: never rounded, never floating point.
- Every write can be retried safely with an idempotency key.
- Every webhook is signed, so you know it came from One Pay.
- Test mode is complete: the same API, with fake money and buttons to play the customer.
One Pay is in its pilot phase. Live payments open to each business once it
is verified.
